Meeting Time & Location
The AWA meet on the second Tuesday of each month from Sept. to June each year. Since January 2017, our monthly meetings have been held in the North Woodside Community Centre, 230 Pleasant St, Dartmouth. NWCC is fully accessible, with sufficient parking on the left (south) side of the Centre.

Christmas Toy Drive for Salvation Army
For 30 years, the AWA has been making toys for a Salvation Army Christmas toy drive as its December member challenge. In recent years, this event has been hosted at Lee Valley, Bayers Lake and has included a raffle draw with proceeds also going to the Salvation Army. In December 2013, Global News and CTV came by to capture the Christmas spirit. Here are their reports.
